This Award for Excellence for an individual Property Manager recognizes the outstanding achievements of that individual in residential property management.


Entrant must be an employee of a property management company.


Entrant is required to have at least 2 years of residential property management experience to qualify.


Entrant must NOT be the Principal or Licensed Broker of the business (unless the entrant is a Full Time Property Manager)


Entrant must be in attendance at PMMCON to be eligible.

To enter this Award, entrants will be required to submit a written application addressing the areas set out below.


Excellence in property management

Briefly outline what you see as the most important responsibility of your role? What steps have you taken over the past 12 months to be the best in your field (maximum 500 words)?


Service to clients and customers

Give examples of how you have displayed outstanding service to landlords and tenants over the past 12 months and why you believe these are significant (maximum 500 words).


Professional development and career goals

What professional development have you undertaken over the past 12 months?  Also, describe your career goals for the next 12 months and what strategies you have put in place to achieve them (maximum 250 words).


Licenses and Designations

Indicate any designations you may hold and from what organization.  List any licenses and in the states held.

Describe why you should receive this Award, including any points of difference in the delivery of excellent service to tenants and landlords (maximum 200 words).
