After leaving the Navy, he attended Harvard Business School and then took a position with McKinsey & Company to further his understanding of business challenges and to develop expertise in problem-solving.
During his 3+ years at McKinsey, Flynn served several major technology companies in large-scale transformations, redefining go-to-market strategies, and applying agile organization principles to enhance their leadership and management systems.
Flynn serves as the Chief Strategy Officer for Echelon Front, as well as a leadership instructor, speaker, and strategic advisor. Flynn’s efforts with long-term clients have led to the creation of dozens of solutions to solve their most difficult leadership challenges. He leads clients to find innovative, sustainable ways to connect Extreme Ownership leadership principles to their organization’s people and talent management processes and systems. His efforts have assisted clients in becoming the preeminent leadership development organization in the industries they compete in.
